2023년 11월 4일 (토) IELTS on Paper 성적발표

 

2023년 11월 4일 (토) 에 응시하신 IELTS 성적이 11월 17일 금요일 오후 12시 발표됩니다. 

성적표 배송관련 및 온라인 성적확인 공지내용을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
모든 영역(L/R/W/S)을 정상적으로 응시하신 경우에만 성적이 발표됩니다.

 

▶▶성적표 우편발송 및 직접수령 안내 

  

1. 성적표 직접 수령 (Pick Up)

성적표 픽업은 시험일 미리 신청한 경우에만 주한영국문화원 시청본사 2층에서 가능합니다. 

*** 1주 이내 미방문 시 일반우편으로 일괄발송 됩니다. 
   

[방문수령시 안내사항] 
▷응시자 본인이 시험 당시 사용한 여권원본을 지참해주시기 바랍니다. (대리수령 불가)
 ▷방문가능시간 : 월요일-금요일 (09:00-17:00)
 ▷주한영국문화원 주소 : 서울시 중구 서소문로 11길 19 배재정동빌딩 B동 2층 주한영국문화원 ("벨" 눌러주세요)

 

 

2. 성적표 우편발송 
 성적 발표 당일 우편배송처리됩니다. 배송방법에 따른 예상배송기간을 참고해주시기 바랍니다. 
 ▷일반우편(무료) : 발송일로부터 약 7일~최대 15일, 배송추적불가

▷특급등기(4,000원, 사전에 신청한 경우에만 가능) : 발송일로부터 2일이내

▷DHL 해외특급배송 (28,000원, 사전에 신청한 경우에만 가능) : 1주 이내 배송. 배송국가별 배송기간 다름.

 
   

  ▶▶온라인 성적확인안내

 

• 홈페이지 로그인후  [나의 시험정보]-[접수완료원서]-[접수증 확인] 옆 ""성적확인""란을 통하여 조회하실 수 있습니다.
  (온라인 성적확인은 시험일로부터 90일동안 가능합니다.) 
    
    ** 온라인 성적확인/재채점 재발행이 되지 않는다면 아래 내용을 참고해주세요. 
    
   1. 웹사이트 ID가 두 개 이상인 경우, 반드시 해당 시험 접수를 진행한 ID로 로그인해주세요.
   2. 아래 세가지 정보가 일치할때 온라인 성적확인과 재채점/성적표 재발행 신청이 가능합니다.
    아래 정보가 불일치하여 성적확인이 불가할 경우 홈페이지에서 회원정보 및 시험원서를 수정해주시기 바랍니다.
   (띄어쓰기, 미들네임 추가, 오타 등)

1) 접수 홈페이지 가입한 회원정보에 기재한 정보-영문이름, 생년월일 
 2) 회원가입후 시험접수를 위해 작성한 온라인 시험원서의 정보-영문이름, 생년월일, 여권번호
 3) 시험당일 시험장에서 수정한 개인정보-영문이름, 생년월일, 여권번호
  
  

▶▶학교/기관으로 성적표 발행

시험 접수 홈페이지의 [시험성적] - [성적표 재발행] 메뉴를 통하여 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 
  성적표 배송 및 온라인 성적조회관련 문의는 응시자이름, 시험날짜, 시험장소를 기재하여

IELTS Test Result on 4 November 2023 (Saturday)

 

Dear Candidates,

IELTS on Paper Results on 4 November 2023 have been released from 12:00p.m. on Friday, 17 November 2023.

- Candidates only who completed all the four components on the test day can find their results.

- Online results check is available for 90 days after the test date.

 

▶▶IELTS Test Report Form(TRF)

You will receive one copy of your Test Report Form(TRF) via post or picking up in person.

  1. Post
  British Council Korea post your Test Report Form on the test result release day,
  
  ▶Domestic Regular Mail (No Charge) : 7-14 days (non-trackable)
  ▶Courier Service (Request & Payment must be made in advance)
   -Domestic Registered Mail (KRW 4,000) : 2-3 days
   -DHL Express (KRW 28,000) : 4-7 days

 

  2. Pick-up in person (Request must be made in advance)
  You can pick it up in person at the British Council Korea office from the test result release date.
  
  ▶Address: 19 Seosomun-ro 11-gil (2F, B-dong, Paichai Jeongdong Building, 34-5 Jeong-dong), Jung-gu, Seoul 

(Working Hour : Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm *Press the doorbell)
  
  ▶You will need your original passport to pick up your Test Report Form. Unable to receive by substitute.

 ▶Pick up available for a week. Uncollected Test Report Form will be sent out via regular post. For abroad addresses, TRF will be stored in office unless payment.

** If you are unable to check your results online, please see below.

Only if the following three information exactly match, you can check your results online.

1. Website Account Information-Your Name, Date of Birth

2. Information on IELTS Application-Your Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number

3. Personal Information Corrected on the test day-Your Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number

(Spacing, Middle Name Add, Typo, etc.)

If you have a problem with checking results, please correct your information and try again.

 

▶▶▶Result Reporting to Organisations (TRF Re-Issuance)

If you want to send your test results to universities/organisations, please use our service, [Test Results] – [Result Report to Organisations] on the website. Should you have enquiry regarding the IELTS Results, please email us at exams@britishcouncil.or.kr with your name, test date and test location.
