※ If the test date is within 7 days from registration date, the cancellation is not allowed.
※ Same-day cancellation requests are limited to the details requested through the website before midnight (23:59:59 of the day) on the day of payment, and will be fully refunded.
If a cancellation request cannot be made through the website, only requests submitted through e-mail(exams@britishcouncil.or.kr)before midnight on the day of payment can be processed.

Test Delay

-You are not allowed to sit the test without your passport. No delay or refund will be offered.
e.g) Loss of passport, Submission for visa application, Issue a new passport
-You can select your new test date within Exam Schedule registered on the website form your original test date.

Special Consideration

-If you are unable to attend on test day because of illness, injury, or an exceptional event outside your control, you can request a test day postponement or cancellation. (Note: Admin fee will be charged.)

Special consideration includes instances such as:-A traumatic experience
-Domestic crisis
-Unavoidable legal or Military obligation
-Serious medical conditions which prevent you from attending or performing normally on test day
- Bereavement or other forms of significant hardship
-Civil unrest or Extreme weather
